Glamping, Bell Tent Hire, Sleepovers & Parties
We’ve been camping as a family in our own Bell Tent for over 12 years and we are always amazed at just how much people love a Bell! There is something about seeing them up that evokes a sense of nostalgia for grown up’s – and excitement for kids! (And of course it’s always nice being the envy of every camper on site).
We now have various beautiful Bell Tents in our Party Collection so that we can bring you gorgeous Party options, suitable for all as well as Glamping options for those of you who would like to try it out perhaps as first time campers – or simply because you don’t have room to store your own tent at home. If you have a large party do also get in touch as we can also suggest Bell Tent Hire locally to us for much larger parties too and can indeed put up mini Bell Tent Villages if you need one!
We can pitch up in your garden or at a site of your choice – venue fee not included and do see our T&C’s. W can also recommend some lovely campsites both locally and further afield.
We have several options for you to choose from and do of course contact us if you have any specific requests.
Bell Tents!
All our Bell Tents are 5m and have an inbuilt groundsheet (except one) and are kitted out with Coir Matting for the Full Moon of the Bell Tent Floor and this is standard on all our tents. This protects the groundsheet but we do ask you to take care of it. Please feel free to either hire or bring rugs to really give you that sumptuous Glamping Feel (that’s if you don’t go with our Sleepover Set up of course)
We very firmly believe that Glamping isn’t Glamping without Lights and Bunting so we throw these in as standard as well on all our Bell Tents! Your tent will have lights over the door and either Bunting or Floral style decorations to welcome you on the outside of the tent!

Daytime Bell Tent Party Oct - March £140 / April - Sept from £160
This includes putting up and full set up of a 5m Bell Tent with fitted groundsheet and coir matting for the floor. We will also create a full Magical Party Set up for 12 guests which includes tableware, decorations, lights, bunting, party game prizes, table dressing (napkins & straws etc) plus a bluetooth speaker for those all important Party Games and Disco moves! Set up and take down is on the same day. We will ask to set up approx 9-10am and take down approx 5pm depending on the time of year.

Sleepover Party Oct - March £160 / April - Sept from £180
This includes putting up and full set up of a 5m Bell Tent with a fitted groundsheet, coir matting floor plus rugs. The Sleepover Set up is for up to 6 guests which includes airbeds or campbeds with blankets, throws, cushions, a wooden side table, pretty decorations throughout the tent and outside (bunting, lights and the works) as well as some Tableware - a Tray with Jugs, Cups and Straws, Plates & Napkins (for Nibbles) and a bluetooth speaker for those all important tunes.

Bell Tent Party & Sleepover Prices from £200
If you want to really treat yourselves and your guests, there are several options available and we can discuss a bespoke service for you. We can put up one or two 5m Bell Tents and depending on your needs set you up for a Party for up to 12 or 24 guests followed by a sleepover for up to 6 or 12 guests - with all the trimmings of course! Please call or email us to discuss your Party wishes!

Bell Tent Hire Only from £80
This includes putting up of a 5m Bell Tent with fitted groundsheet and a Coir Mat inside, leaving it ready for you to dress and enjoy as you wish. From October - March the Bell Tent is £80 for the first night. Should you wish to hire both Bell Tents this is at a cost of £150 for the first night. Subsequent nights are at a cost of £20 per tent per night. From April - September The Bell Tent is £110 for the first night (£200 for both tents) and subsequent nights are £30 per night per tent.
Extra Little Touches

Being the very experienced Glampers that we are, we know just what it takes to turn “camping” into “GLAMPING”!
That’s why our Bell Tents all come with lights and some bunting on the outside of your tent as standard….but should you wish to treat yourself to some lovely little extras then we have it all (and really – if you see something is missing, do tell us and we’ll do our very best to source it for you).

Cushions & Throws £20
We can hire out sets of 6 Cushions and 6 Throws to really help you snuggle into your tent!

Picnic Hamper & Blanket £25
For an extra touch (and some added glamping luxury) why not hire out our beautiful wicker hamper - with plates, glasses, Mugs and Cutlery for 4 guests as well as a Flask for Hot drinks and Containers for those yummy nibbles, we also inlcude a Bottle Opener (of course), a Wine Cooler and a gorgeous National Trust rug to complete the set! Yours for the length of your stay! We'll also give you a Loo roll, mini bottle of washing up liquid, a washing up cloth, tea towel as well as a black sack and recycling bag. If you would like a lovely bottle of local wine from Langhams Vineyard do let us know and we can arrange this for you at a supplement.

Designed for the over 18's only our beautiful Grown Up Gift Bags each have one of our favourite tipples from Lyme Bay Winery together with some super gifts and treats that will really make even the most "grown up" grown up smile in delight!

We'll provide you with a fab Fire-pit filled with logs and some kindling and topped off with a bag of Marshmallows and some wooden skewers! Is there anything better for a night under canvas. Ask us if you need Choccy biscuits too for Smores and we'll throw them in if we have some!

Cool Box with 4 Ice Packs £10
We have a fab Cool Box for your use which will come with 4 Frozen ice packs (many campsites will re-freeze these for you).

Interior Tent Decorations £10
We can provide a pack of bunting, lights and additional decorations such as lanterns etc for the inside and outside of your tent should you wish to really give your Glamping experience something special!

Single Gas Stove with Gas & Kettle £10
We all need a cup of something first thing and we can provide you with a simple to use Gas Stove and Kettle all ready to go for your morning tea or coffee. If you need a Cafetiere - just ask and we will try to assist.

Dorset Essentials Welcome Pack! £20
To really help you settle in we can provide a fabulous Dorset Style Welcome Pack which includes a Pack of Dorset Tea, a Dorset Apple Cake, a Litre of Milk from Craig's Farm Dairy, a pack of Dorset Biscuits as well as some locally ground coffee from our friends at the local Zero Waste Store and a Jar of Golden Granulated Sugar! If you'd like some local wine we can provide this too - just ask and for a supplement we can source some stunning (and award winning) wines from the lovely peeps at Langhams Vineyard down the road!
